Payment Policy
Lessons must be paid on the day of service or in advance through our online payment service.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to cancel a lesson. Full payment will be deducted if you have not met the minimum time for cancelling.
Refund Policy
A camper who cannot attend the camp for which he or she has registered may request a refund by email. Your request must be submitted before the first day of camp. A 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the camp fee. No camp refunds will be made after the first day of camp has begun. A refund check will be mailed and may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. Should you purchase a package of lessons, you have 1 year to complete them. There will be no refunds granted after the 1 year time period.
Late Payment Fees
There is a $5 per day late fee for those that are renewing private lesson packages that forget to bring payment for their next session.
Referral Policy
Future Prospects appreciates your referrals. If you refer a friend to a camp, you will receive your choice of $50.00 off your next Future Prospects Camp or $50.00 towards a one-on-one private lesson with a Future Prospects instructor. If you refer more than one friend we will deduct $50 towards additional camps. That is, all referrals may not be redeemed towards one camp.
